Off-Plan Paying Shape:
We prepare the most suitable payment plan together with you (e.g. 40% cash and the remaining amount in 24 installments). After signing the contract, we deliver the land deed to you before the construction starts. The delivery period is 10 months from the approval of the municipal license. Among our properties you can choose the most suitable color and decor and granite flooring from our contracted decor stores. In addition, you have the possibility to customize from your door selection to the interior walls.
